Why I added an Optin Form on My About Page

Two months after I removed an optin form from my about page I realized that the optin form had a good conversion rate.

That meant that I was losing the opportunity to follow-up with you and people who are interested in what I have to say, my products and or services.

Here is what I did to fix it.

To recap

  • Login to your email marketing service and check your optin forms conversion rates.
  • If you don’t have an email marketing service I use Aweber

  • If you removed an optin form from your about page (or any other page) and it had good conversions add it back.
  • Consideer adding an opting form to your sidebar, end of blog post and or the welcome page
  • Ask peopel to sign up to your email newsletter
