What are you selling?
Regardless of what you are selling, your online offer needs to solve a specific problem, and needs to be specific for the intended audience; it must be trackable and limited by time or quality.
I like using this framework:
- This is what I got.
- This is what it will do for you.
- This is what I want you to do next.

Who are you selling it to?
If you don’t have any idea, look at your Facebook insights, Google analytics, Twitter analytics, Youtube analytics, etc. Each platform tells you the gender, age, and other helpful information like shares and likes to help you figure out who they are and what they want.
Most businesses focus on reaching new clients and neglect existing ones. I suggest prioritizing existing clients over new followers any day of the week.
How do you want to reach them?
Not all the platforms are the same, and understanding each platform can give you a leg up in your competition.
