Did you know that on June 30, 2010, Social Media Day first launched as a way to recognize and celebrate social media’s impact on global communication?
Today, we use social media for more than just sharing funny memes. Today international trade is possible on social media.
In fact, there are families and business that without social media they’ll loose a significant portion of their income.
This year, on June 26, 2020, the team and I will host Social Media Day for the second time and you can get your ticket to attend ALL sessions online on the Eventbrite event page.
Early this year unfortunately the coronavirus changed some of our plans and the team focus shifted to help our clients but everything is OK now and is time to share that I’m committed to bringing the best of the best 💪
Last year, we had an amazing lineup, we had Megan A. Rosenberg, Esq. a lawyer from The Hogan Law Firm. Megan shared about her time at the Facebook Cambridge Analytica case and insights on legalities, things that people sometimes do unintentionally. Very informative session to start Social Media Day 2019.
Then Mike Puma, CMO of Century 21 Beggins came front and center to shared insights on what marketing tasks he shares with 400+ agents. Here is part of Mike’s session https://youtu.be/H6PL2AGLqBA the rest of the videos are available for sale as a package.
Renia Carsillo shared How to Win with Local SEO in 30 Minutes Per Day.
We also had a group of successful local business owners with a solid online presence to shared best practices and lessons learned.
Then we have “the black toilet paper” 😁 the black toilet paper is that thing, something you do that gets people talking after the event is over. In the past. I’ve used huge signs and even swamp trucks, big booties, and even black toilet paper. Hence where the name comes from.
At the end of Social Media Day 2019, the surprise that no one was expecting was Vadim Davydov. Vadim is the best headshot photographer that I’ve met in person so far plus he is also a facial Expression coach.
When I told people at first, they didn’t get it. They didn’t get why I wanted Vadim at Social Media Day 2019. You see, Most people take a picture and the only efforts they put to their pictures is what it takes to look and press the shoot button.
When it comes to marketing, your brand needs to be on point and what your images show about you and your business matters. One thing I got to say, it didn’t take 2 minutes before people had their aha moment.
This year, June 26, 2020, we are bringing value again. The “missing pieces” to your social media marketing. The things that will help you sell more on social media.
The full agenda is not complete but I promise you Social Media Day 2020 on June 26, 2020, is going to be AWESOME! And you should buy your ticket before the price goes up again.
