How my tools stack up agains yours?

Since 1998, I have been testing tools and software to make life easier.

I love tools that allow me to work from and have access from any location in the world, including smart phones and tablets.

The worst you can say when it comes to using a piece of software, tool or resource is “Is not working.” Besides that, is to say “I have to wait until I get to the computer at home or in office to use XYZ.”

Don’t waste your time and money because I already did for you.

Start accepting credit cards for free with Paypal and when you find yourself processing more than $1,000 per month, get a merchant account with e-online data or PowerPay.

Automate your invoice creation, reminders, and maintain a database of your clients with Freshbooks and WHMCS.

I use Freshbooks for my one on one consulting services. It is simple but powerful and you can even send snail mail. I use WHMCS to charge and automate the creating of web hosting accounts, buying domain names, and other designing services in DataViking but it can be use other types of business.

Data Backup

I use DropBox. What I do is to put all my documents, photos, any important file in my DropBox folder and have it automatically backup to the cloud and synchronize with my other computers so I can access my files from anywhere in the world, any of my computers to include my iPad and my iPhone.

Email Marketing

I love Aweber for email marketing. The delivery rate is great, and the built-in automation rules add, remove and move people from one marketing list to another one based on their preferences. This alone help my clients to get the email they want to get, and it helps me because I don’t have to move them manually, freeing my time to do other things.

Voice and Text Marketing

When it comes to text and voice broadcast marketing to cell phones I only use Call Loop.
