Create opportunities
don’t just wait for them
Tom DeVito,
AT&T vice president and general manager in its New York office
Wrote a thank you letter
to customers with exciting plans to make your wireless experience better.
But in a decision he might come to regret, Mr. Devito asked customers at the end of the letter, to leave their thoughts at the Facebook Fanpage.
It sparked a backlash against the company and led to hundreds of customers posting negative comments on the Fanpage. Many complained about its service while other demanded it improve its networks.
I say companies need to learn to apreciaste negative and positive feedback. So guess what i’m going to ask?
That’s write, your feedback
and in exchange while other have to pay at least $97
I will let you in for free into my online seminar.

I have been working with Angel for just a little over a week. We had our first meeting and it went great. He pointed out somethings I needed to work and gave me direction. I feel like in that week alone my business is headed in the right path.
