It’s a good question that should be ask more often.
A few days back, I was in a classroom preparing for a feedback session
I aks that question…
Are you training people surrounding you at work to be disloyal?
Of cour the other person answer with a big NO
But we soon realize that was not the case
Refuse to gossip, we all have been near people that are always talking in a negative way about others, about the boss and I think they do it because is a cheap way to get connection with other people
