Currently, I use Google Docs as my digital productivity planner and journal and this is the template I currently use.

Reminders: Do not get distracted with TV, iPhone, Facebook, YouTube or consuming anything that do not move me closer to my goal today. Create less, shamelessly promote more and document the process.
