Easily create quality content in high volumes

If you are not publishing content in your website you should.

Why? because when you publish quality content to educate, entertain, inform or inspire your readers…like Zig Ziglar said.

Plus, you will have better chances to be found during a web search when you publish quality content.

The hard part for most people is to sit in front of the computer and start writing while staring at a blank page.

…unless
you talk instead of writing.

Here is the secret

The secret is that you don’t have to write anything to create quality content.

Here is what you can do:

  1. Use your smart phone to record yourself
  2. When done recording, upload your file for transcription
  3. After receiving your transcription, copy, paste, format and hit publish

Here is what to-do

Lately I have been busy, and I found myself not publishing content as often as I should. I knew I had to systemize my process.

Here is what I do now when I want to create content.
I grab my iPhone and open the app for http://speakwrite.com. Once opened, simply hit record. If you don’t have an iPhone, don’t worry you can use your Android or Blackberry.

You can use other transcription services like:

  • https://www.odesk.com
  • https://www.speechpad.com

After you are done recording you audio, you want to upload it for transcription. If you use an app like the one for http://speakwrite.com its very easy because you simply click submit after you are done recording and the audio is uploaded for transcription.

Typically you will receive a word document once the file is transcribe, but you can request other file formats. At this point you want to either let someone in your team copy and past the document into your website and save it as draft or you can copy and paste the document your self.

I’m going to have some upload it to my website, it’s part of my stop doing list.

Anyway, once the text is in your website you simply can simply format it and hit publish.

This productivity secret will help you not only create more quality content but also will help you:

  • Drive more people to your website
  • Educate more people about what you offer
  • Increase your business sales
  • and much more
