For the last couple of weeks I have been building websites in markets like Optometry Care, Lawyers, Heating, and once I get them on page one of Google I let at least 10 business in the local area know about the website and how I will keep it on page one of Google.
Now..this is not a sale at all, this is a lease.
when I took a 200k hit selling my house hit year I started thinking how else we can all created assets but without the risk of bad realtors, loan officers, banks, and specially the market.
and it hit me, I have been doing it all alone for other business.
