A scientific way to take back control of your email inbox

The number of emails we receive every day, along with the ease with which they can be sent, duplicated, changed and deleted poses a number of challenges for us every day.

I have a pretty good system, at the end of the day after receiving and sending over 1,000 emails my inbox most days is empty. Today I have 8 message that I will handle first thing tomorrow morning.

I often relate the amount of emails I sent and received and the amount I have left in my inbox at the end of the day with how much money I made that day or how productive i’ve been
