$10,000 from one expire domain name

I am always looking local business owner’s business cards. Recently I came across one Real Estate lady business card and when I try to check her website to my surprise she was promoting a website with an expire domain name http://www.yourvegasutopia.com

Because I am an Internet Property Owner I saw an opportunity to build a small presentation website and rent it and I did build it but when I approach a Real Estate lady she ignore me.

That didn’t bother me because they are the one struggling to make sales in the other hand I was happy because I have my information on it.

Today I made a sell without selling!

I got hire by a local business as a marketing consultant…$10,000 today plus $5,000 per month

Not bad for one expire domain name
