Google Drive and Google Docs
Google Drive and Google Docs it’s a web-based software and file sharing application. It allows you to use Word documents, PowerPoint slides and Excel. Of course, the Excel is called Sheets and PowerPoint is called something else, but it’s amazing and it’s free. You can use it from any smartphone and from the web.
Dropbox
Dropbox it’s a cloud-based file sharing and storage system. I love the automatic backup feature. Automatically backup and upload pictures you have taken with your phone and important computer files, that way if your computer dies everything is protected.
Evernote
Evernote it’s a powerful, powerful cross-device note taking application. I use it to collect ideas, to create checklists, as a file system instead of the old drawer, big file systems in your office. It’s my new online system. I even use it to store my receipts.
Buffer
Buffer space out your social media sharing. When you share your message online, you might not be in your computer sharing your message when your target market, your target ideal client is online, that’s why tools like Buffer will allow you to share your message at a specific time when people in your Facebook page or Twitter will be able to see it. That way your message has a bigger impact.
LastPass
LastPass is an awesome tool to generate random complicated passwords for you automatically. You can use it in your smartphone, on your tablet and on the web. The only thing you need to do is go to the website and it will pre-fill the password so you don’t need to remember anymore.
AWeber
AWeber automates your newsletter, your email marketing with AWeber. It’s an awesome tool that allows you to auto-broadcast your blog posts, your communication, follow up with your leads and your post-sale follow-up. Awesome tool, you should have it.
FancyHands
FancyHands is an excellent service that you can start delegating small tasks to, with no contract, without having to hire a big team to research, proofread, or do small tasks.
RevUp
Rev awesome voice recording and transcription service, I don’t know how I lived without it before.
Feedly
Feedly save a lot of time reading all your websites by combining them into one platform and this platform is Feedly. Instead of typing the address for each website you want to visit, news, technology, it really doesn’t matter, you combine them under this platform, and then you can read it. You can read it online or in your phone or in your tablet and it’s cross platform. You then have access to it anywhere in the world.
Zendesk
Zendesk is an awesome help desk platform that allows you to keep track of your client’s communications, and assign tickets and also monitor your Facebook page or your Twitter page if you want to. Just awesome. Oh, minimizes the emails in your inbox and also allows you to keep track of all these important client conversations.
Audible
Audible one of the best ways to get your learning on the go when you don’t have time to read. Get your monthly book going while you drive back and forth to work, when you are in the plane, when you are in the gym. Awesome way to consume and keep improving your knowledge.
Skitch
Skitch it’s an Evernote application that allows you to take print screens in any computer and share them online, share them with Evernote, add texts and arrows. Awesome application.
Grammarly
Grammarly one punctuation, one letter, can get you fired or it will not allow you to get the contract or the client because your message was poorly written. Grammarly will help you. It’s a web-based application that will help you improve your message in any communication. It’s like re-proofing.
Skype
Skype Free voice and video calls. I use it all the time for interviews, to communicate and view the person face-to-face. It’s an excellent, free application for you to use.
These are the tools that I use. If there’s anything that you use, I would love for you to share it with me via Facebook or Twitter, just continue the conversation. Let’s share awesome tools with everybody so everybody can benefit. Thank you.
