Somehow, during my journey I lost momentum.
Maybe I got used to the income. Maybe it’s how automated the business is that I don’t have to be there to get leads or to handle the income.
All of which is a great thing, but like I was sharing in my Mastermind call the other day, it’s that part that I used to enjoy, I just forgot about it.
Today is about momentum. What are the small things that you and I can do daily to gain that momentum?
We’re talking about your goals. My goals are going to be completely different from yours.
Personal Goals
In summary, my current personal goals are to improve my physical and mental health. To improve daily my relationship with my kids and my wife. Last goal is to double my current income by the end of the year.
Business Goals
I could make my business objectives very extensive and complicated, but I realize that is wasted energy. In many businesses, it comes down to two simple actions.
- Help one paying client each day
- Help one qualified lead each day
I realized that when I’m able to help one client and one qualified lead per day the business relationship and sales improve.
Today, I redesigned my checklist completely. A checklist on what are the things that I will do each day, the minimum things that will improve my current situation and will help me gain momentum.
These are small actions are easy.
If you find yourself in a task that take too much time or tasks that are challenging, see how you can take yourself out of the process.
Right now, it’s all about gaining momentum. This week has been great; I had really good and productive calls. I had time to go to the gym and I ran three times.
Most important to me, I had daily lunch dates with my wife and was able to have fun with my kids after school.
Yeah, it’s been a great week.
