Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez, center, was named Miss Universe 2009, Sunday night in Nassau, Bahamas. The 18-year-old lady is crowned the new Miss Universe after beating out heavy contenders from Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Kosovo, and Australia.
